This guy has good points to make about expanding capacity at Heathrow. But he's wrong about it being "Britain's only hub airport." Gatwick and Stansted have only one runway each, but they're the 10th and 18th busiest airports, respectively, in terms of international passenger traffic. There are plans (and lots of opposition) to add second runways to both airports.

I've flown to London twice, and both times I flew to Gatwick, not Heathrow.
